Who We Are

The 15th St Farm is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) half acre educational, regenerative organic farmers located in downtown St Pete. Our mission is to enhance quality of life by facilitating learning and community building around Good Food, from soil to fork.

What We Do

Our Story in a nutshell: In 2010, a group of volunteers headed by Bill Bilodeau and Emmanuel Roux, transformed several lots of the Faith House, an alcohol and drug rehab center, into an urban farm as a therapeutic vegetable garden to provide fresh nutrient-dense food to the residents. In 2016, a  collaborative effort redefined the organization's mission, developing the concept of an innovative educational urban farm. In 2023 the addition of a commercial kitchen and event space transformed 15th St Eco Farm into an urban oasis in the heart of Downtown St Petersburg, FL where residents come to reconnect with nature, discover the true taste of ultra-fresh organically grown food, learn, socialize and enjoy themed dinners and cooking classes   Our goal is for revenues generated by dinners, tours, and classes to help fund the nonprofit mission by providing free outreach, gardening, and wellness classes to community members in need.

With this array of activities, our volunteer opportunities are diverse and flexible! Check out what we have posted, and if you have ideas for other ways you'd like to pitch in, let us know!
