This is an opportunity to serve our farm community and guests in a very special way. Our Tasting Tours are popular and year round - and guests often end up joining the farm community! See below for a sample tour description. Tasting Tour docents will receive orientation, training and be able to shadow current docents until they feel ready to lead or co-lead themselves.
Tour Description: Join us for a one-hour immersive tour that begins with the history of 15th Street Farm and the regenerative farming practices that keep our soil, and our community, healthy. Learn how we care for the land to ensure every vegetable grown is as nutritious as it is delicious. As we walk through the farm, you'll discover what’s currently growing, what's ready to harvest, and why soil health is at the heart of everything we do. Along the way, enjoy small bites and tastings straight from the field, because here, you don’t just learn about the farm, you taste it. At the end of the tour browse the fresh produce bundles and various farm goodies available that day. It’s a beautiful and relaxing way to connect with the land, support local farming, and experience the mission of 15th Street Farm firsthand.
